Founder and Director of Boardroom Legal
Geraldene Pillay has two decades of post-qualification legal experience spanning across complex litigation, contracts and contract management frameworks, commercial law, corporate goverance, compliance, global data protection, risk management and strategic business leadership. This is complemented by an MBA which gives her a strong understanding of strategy, leadership, finance, operations, and business management.
Her commitment to her clients is simple: to give the client honest advice, to understand what matters to the client, to protect the clients interests, and to find the most effective way forward.
